Stay with us the night before you depart on your cruise and we will cover the cost of parking for the whole length of your trip. We offer free parking in any one of our parking lots, all of which are monitored around the clock. The cruise ports are roughly 5 kilometers (about 3 miles) from our hotel. Although we do not provide a shuttle service, we do provide a list of local taxi and shuttle services in addition to business cards for local transportation companies in our lobby. Both Uber and Lyft, which are ridesharing apps, have large teams of drivers that are standing by and ready to transport passengers to their selected destinations.
Cruiser's FAQ's
Unfortunately, we do not offer a shuttle to the cruise terminals. There are cabs, Ubers and Lyfts on the island.
The free cruise parking lot is not covered. It is located on a lot that is enclosed with 24hr surveillance with only one entrance and exit.
Cruise terminals 25 & 28 are located near 25th and Harbourside Dr., which is 2.8 miles from the hotel. Terminal 10 is located on 14th and Harbourside Dr., about 3 miles from our location.
We suggest Uber and Lyft as they are easier to navigate and communicate with. If you prefer not to use the apps, taxis are a great alternative as well.
