Important Information

We are honored that you chose us, and on behalf of everyone here at the Inn, please know that we are committed to making your stay comfortable, relaxing, and uniquely Galveston.

You must be 21 years or older to check in. All occupants must be at least 21 or over unless accompanied by an adult or guardian.

Please note that all credit/debit cards on file for reservations will we authorized 24 hours prior to arrival date. An INVALID or DECLINED credit card will NOT hold your reservation

Cancellations must be obtained by 3pm the day before scheduled arrival. Cancellations for special events require a 2 WEEK cancellation notice. Rooms that DO NOT cancel within the cancellation period will be charged for one night of the original reservation.

Check in is after 4PM. We will not cancel your reservation should you require a later check in after 11 pm. Early check in might be available if the room type you booked is available, but cannot be guaranteed. Check-out is at 11 am. Upon checking out please leave your room keys in the room or return them to the lobby.

Housekeeping does NOT automatically come and service your room on a daily basis.  Towel exchange is available 24/7 from the hotel lobby.  If you would like housekeeping service, please let the Front Desk Staff know the night before and we will schedule service for you the following afternoon. 

Open Daily from 9:30 am to 9 pm Sunday through Thursday and 9:30 am to 10 pm Friday and Saturday. Hours are subject to change.

No smoking is allowed in any of our rooms, and unfortunately, we have a no pet policy. Should you violate the smoking or pet policy, you will be charged a minimum $250.00 policy violation fee.

Here you will find some of the most common questions that our guests have when they decide to stay with us.

Yes, We offer complimentary cruise parking for the duration of your cruise if you stay with us the night before your cruise.

No, unfortunately we do not have a shuttle. However, we do have a list of taxis, shuttle services, and a few business cards from local drivers in our lobby as well as Uber and Lyft.

The pool is open year-round, however it is not heated. We do have a hot tub in the pool area that is open year-round as well.

Yes, We do offer a hot complimentary breakfast every morning from 7am-10am

Terminal 25 & 28 are 2.8 miles from the hotel, about a 10-15 min drive, and Terminal 10 (new Royal Caribbean Terminal) is 3 miles from the hotel, about a 15-20 min drive.

No, The hotel does not have an elevator. Our ADA accessible rooms are located on the first floor.
